  1. Business Customers Only

This website is intended for use by business customers only.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a trade, business, craft or profession and not as a consumer.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that appears to have been placed by a consumer.

       2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where:

  • Payment details cannot be verified
  • The delivery address does not appear to be a business address
  • The order appears inconsistent with normal trade purchasing

        3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) 
  • Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
  • VAT will be added at the applicable rate at checkout
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless agreed otherwise in writing
  • We do not store card details. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or authorised payment providers

        4. Delivery 

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only
  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery
  • Title to goods remains with Caffeica Ltd until full payment has been received

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information

        5. Returns & Cancellations

As this website supplies business customers only, statutory consumer cancellation rights do not apply.

Returns are accepted only:

  • Where goods are faulty
  • Where goods are damaged in transit
  • Or at our discretion

Any agreed returns must be authorised in writing before goods are sent back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless goods are faulty.

        6. Faulty Goods

If goods are defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may: 

  • Replace the goods
  • Repair the goods
  • Or provide a refund

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

         7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied. 

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

          8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
